As the Lead Events Sales Executive, you will oversee and guide all facets of the Events Sales division, ensuring that the team achieves and surpasses financial targets, optimizes event revenue, and complies with operational benchmarks.
Inspire and direct the team to prioritize exceptional customer service while meeting departmental and organizational goals.Foster a sales-driven culture within the team, identifying and capitalizing on potential sales avenues.
Client and Event Coordination:
Facilitate site visits for clients or event organizers at the venue.
Maintain comprehensive client profiles and requirements, disseminating this information to pertinent departments.
Sales and Revenue Planning:
Develop and articulate clear sales and revenue strategies tailored to varying demand levels.
Formulate guidelines for maximizing event space utilization in collaboration with Food & Beverage, Sales, and Revenue Management teams.
Financial Oversight:
Ensure the team comprehends performance indicators against established targets.
Set daily and weekly objectives and relay financial insights to the team.
Track top-performing individuals, addressing any performance gaps or opportunities for growth.
Share revenue patterns and forecasts to facilitate revenue-enhancing initiatives.
Systems and Procedures Management:
Ensure accurate data management in existing or new systems, developing and monitoring standard operating procedures.
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends, providing insights to the Sales team.
Sales Enhancement:
Optimize sales opportunities in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
Engage in client events and coordinate promotional offerings in accordance with the business strategy.
Create development plans for each team member and undertake special responsibilities as needed.
Event Management and Oversight:
Conduct senior management shifts as required.
Oversee all online MICE platforms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Sales & Marketing strategies.
Prepare detailed event documentation and personally welcome clients on event days.
Collaborate with all departments, including culinary teams, to ensure seamless event execution.
