About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Clarion Events. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue and growing our events. You will be responsible for selling across a range of sectors and products, including large-scale expos and smaller intimate roundtables and webinars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to our existing client base of loyal customers.
  • Upsize and grow spend from existing customers at our events.
  • Focus on new business development, identifying and converting new sponsors and exhibitors for our events.
  • Understand customer objectives and measures of success at our events.
  • Demonstrate strong sales behaviors through our Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage customer relationships and account management.
  • Manage your own pipeline and produce accurate forecasts.
  • Participate in project meetings and calls with the wider sales team and other departments.
Requirements
  • Previous sales account management experience in a commercial role is desirable.
  • Experience in live events or digital media sales is advantageous.
  • Experience using a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is desirable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Creative and positive approach to problem-solving.
