Event Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality event staffing solutions to our clients and the wider events industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with client stakeholders and understanding their event and festival needs.
  • Project managing multiple event projects simultaneously, including developing event logistics plans, inventory management, staff scheduling, training, and project documentation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our team of onsite coordinators and identifying new talent to extend this team.
  • Creating and updating event-specific risk assessments and ensuring all key administration, regulatory, and reporting requirements are met.
  • Assisting the recruitment team in drafting job role profiles, job listings, and processing job applicants from interview to deployment.

Requirements include:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Availability on a full-time basis
  • Willingness to work flexibly during peak season, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel to and work from any of our UK event locations
  • Full clean UK driving license
  • Agreement to undergo CRB or DBS checks if required
