Event Operations Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Event Operations Officer. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality event staffing solutions to our clients and the wider events industry.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing strong relationships with client stakeholders and event teams
  • Project managing multiple event projects simultaneously
  • Creating and implementing event logistics plans, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and training
  • Building and maintaining relationships with our team of onsite coordinators and identifying new talent to extend this team
  • Creating and updating event-specific risk assessments
  • Utilizing sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business to the organization
  • Assisting the recruitment team with drafting job role profiles, job listings, and processing job applicants from interview to deployment
  • Ensuring all key administration, regulatory, and reporting requirements are met

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, experience in the festivals or events industry, and proven ability to manage teams in a high-pressure environment. If you have exceptional people skills, great verbal and written communication skills, and project management skills, we would love to hear from you.

We offer a full-time position based in our central Bristol office, a one-year fixed-term contract, 30 days annual leave per year, a company pension scheme, and a friendly and supportive work environment.
