About the Role

As an Event Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of our client's events. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of event management, from pre-event planning and logistics to on-site coordination and post-event reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
  • Develop detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts.
  • Manage all aspects of event logistics, such as venue selection, catering arrangements, and transportation.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to client expectations.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-event reports, including financial summaries and attendee feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event planning and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
