About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Freemans Event Partners. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars at various events across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and friendly customer service, ensuring a premium experience for all customers.
  • Assist the Costa team in preparing and serving food and beverages, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Support the unit team leader/unit manager in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Be flexible and willing to undertake additional duties or responsibilities as required.
  • Participate in the setup and breakdown of the unit, ensuring all equipment and materials are in good condition.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering, with a minimum of one year as a Barista.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as required.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
