Barista Role at Searcys

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Searcys at AO Shearman LLP. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our clients at Lavanda Restaurant, Bar, and our exclusive Partners' Lounge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm welcome to our clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver seamless events and experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Assist with stock management and inventory control
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or events environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols
