Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute food and beverage services for events and meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage inventory levels and ordering of food, beverages, and related supplies.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and taste, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports on food and beverage operations, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience as a barista, including food and beverage coordination, and possess:

  • Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices, COSHH, health and safety regulations, and relevant certifications.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clientele.
