Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels to maintain profitability.
