Job Title: Casual Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos Limited. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained across our casino venues.

Your primary focus will be on leading a team of food and beverage staff, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all food and beverage operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in food and beverage management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a keen eye for detail.
