We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Peninsula London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and high standards of quality.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
