Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that all food and beverage products are of the highest quality
- Supervise a team of chefs, servers, and bartenders to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation
- Monitor and control costs to ensure that the food and beverage operation is profitable
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager in a high-volume restaurant or casino environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
