Deluxe Food and Beverage Coordinator Role
The Deluxe Food and Beverage Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of food and beverage services at our corporate offices. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work independently to coordinate food and beverage services for events, meetings, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute food and beverage services for events and meetings, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Coordinate with external vendors to manage inventory levels and ordering of food, beverages, and related supplies.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and taste, conducting regular checks to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on food and beverage operations, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a barista, including food and beverage coordination, and possess:
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices, COSHH, health and safety regulations, and relevant certifications.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clientele.
