We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our team at The May Fair Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager, including scheduling meetings and interviews, and coordinating day-to-day operations.
- Assist with special VIP inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Analyze customer feedback and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with previous food and beverage experience, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. You must have excellent administration skills, both verbally and written, and be able to multitask with ease. You should also have a working knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations and be able to analyze customer statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.

- Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Office 365.
