Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator to join our team at The May Fair Hotel. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage Manager, including scheduling meetings and interviews, and coordinating day-to-day operations.
- Assist with special VIP inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.
- Analyze customer feedback and statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to the Food and Beverage Manager.
- Support the Food and Beverage team with day-to-day administration tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Excellent administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
