Food and Beverage Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Coordinator will work independently to ensure seamless food and beverage services at Deluxe's corporate offices.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing food and beverage services for events, meetings, and daily operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering and stocking of food, beverages, and related supplies.
Quality Control
- Maintain high standards of food presentation, quality, and taste.
- Conduct regular checks to ensure that food and beverage products meet quality and safety standards.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate records of food and beverage inventory, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare reports on food and beverage operations, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a barista, including food and beverage coordination, as well as:
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene practices, COSHH, health and safety regulations, and relevant certifications (e.g., Food Safety Certification).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clientele.
