About the Role:

Park Plaza is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
