Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Axiom Hospitality Limited.
This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week).
The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a deep passion for the hospitality sector, and a proven history of cultivating exceptional teams through hands-on leadership, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is a true connoisseur of culinary arts and beverages, with a comprehensive and current understanding of the dining and bar landscape.
As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring that our guests enjoy an outstanding and unforgettable experience.
You will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and General Manager to enhance and develop the food and beverage operations, drive revenue growth, uphold brand standards, and exceed guest expectations.
Key Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience in prestigious establishments known for exceptional service.
- Experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, or as a Restaurant or Bar Manager ready for advancement.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- A collaborative team player with a flexible approach, capable of empowering a team to meet and exceed expectations.
