About the Role

The Food and Beverage Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including an all-day dining restaurant, bar, and terrace, 10 meeting spaces, and room service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Take an active lead in the hiring, training, and development of F&B colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all food and beverage products, working closely with suppliers to source high-quality products and ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and storage, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
