Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences
Requirements
- Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
