Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Grosvenor Casinos. As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire food and beverage operation, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food and beverage preparation
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
