About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join our team at Park Hyatt London River Thames.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, events, and room service.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Participate in the recruitment and selection of F&B colleagues.
  • Assist in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan for Food & Beverage operations.
  • Support the Director of Food & Beverage in aligning Food & Beverage activities with the overall strategy of the hotel.
  • Develop the capabilities of the team and have succession plans in place, always thinking ahead and promoting personal growth.
About You

We are looking for a proven track record and experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will have excellent knowledge of food and beverage trends, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
