The Role

As a Marketing Growth Strategist at Learn Amp, your primary focus will be on driving lead generation and nurturing prospects through innovative, data-informed marketing initiatives. You will craft and implement marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, email outreach, social media, and content marketing.

Utilizing advanced analytics and experimentation, you will pinpoint effective growth strategies to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition. Close collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams will be essential to ensure alignment of growth efforts with our organizational objectives.

In this dynamic position, your insights into customer behavior and market trends will guide you in identifying new marketing opportunities and refining our strategies. You will optimize our marketing funnel, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to enhance our tactics and maximize return on investment. As a creative thinker with a strategic approach, you will play a crucial role in accelerating Learn Amp's growth, strengthening our brand presence, and advancing our mission of transforming how organizations engage and develop their workforce. Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy

  • Execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and activities.
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative materials such as blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and social media content.
  • Utilize AI tools to repurpose existing content and generate new short-form materials.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.
  • Enhance content for SEO to boost organic traffic and visibility.

2. Digital Initiatives and Events

  • Work with the Growth team to facilitate digital initiatives, including webinars and panel discussions.
  • Assist in product marketing activities related to social media channels.
  • Promote events to maximize sign-ups and support follow-up activities to convert attendees into leads.
  • Assist with event presentations, including visual materials.
  • Evaluate and analyze the success of non-digital events to inform future strategies.
  • Manage and enhance public listings for Learn Amp across various platforms.

3. Campaign Development

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that leverage content and events to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team to promote content and events through email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Develop newsletters to promote products, services, and other offerings.
  • Execute campaigns aimed at highlighting product features and partnerships.
  • Manage paid promotion of campaign materials.

4. Collaboration with Stakeholders

  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to align content and events with sales objectives, supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships team to align content and events with strategic partner activities.
  • Ensure ongoing communication with the Product team to understand product features and benefits, ensuring accurate and compelling messaging in all content and event activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving results with limited resources.
  • Experience in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze complex digital marketing challenges and propose scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, marketing tools, and event management platforms.
  • Experience in analytical reporting and its impact on content and event activities.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of AI tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
