OSI Systems, Inc. is in search of a Client Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our international clientele.

As a leading provider of advanced X-ray technology solutions, we are committed to enhancing security measures across various sectors, including transportation and critical infrastructure. Join us in our mission to deliver superior cargo and vehicle screening systems that assist in the fight against illicit activities.

The Client Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in fostering customer relationships while collaborating closely with our Service Engineers and regional management. This position may involve occasional travel to strengthen ties with clients and support our field teams. Responsibilities may extend beyond the primary territory, including off-hours assistance to guarantee comprehensive support for our service teams. Regular updates and meticulous tracking of financial obligations will also be part of this role.

Responsibilities

Address all inquiries from customers and Field Engineers regarding system maintenance and support. Manage financial processes: ensure timely billing and invoicing for services and parts, track inventory, and oversee vendor invoicing. Coordinate maintenance schedules, liaising with customers and Field Service Engineers to fulfill contract requirements. Provide quotes for service requests based on time and materials. Log and manage service requests from initiation to resolution, maintaining accurate records and understanding contract terms. Order necessary parts for service and manage shipments, including international logistics. Collaborate with various departments including management, sales, finance, and logistics to ensure seamless operations. Provide off-hours support as needed to accommodate different time zones. Respond promptly to inquiries from Customer Field Managers and Field Engineers, ensuring communication within one business hour. Uphold the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct in all interactions. Report any quality issues or defects to management to facilitate corrective actions. Be adaptable to changing business needs and responsibilities. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Microsoft Dynamic ERP is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive and proactive attitude. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
