Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As an IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial planners and office managers, ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business and ensure all documentation is compliant
  • Communicate with clients and providers to resolve queries and issues
  • Assist with research and basic reports to support financial planning activities
  • Update relevant back-office information to ensure accurate records
  • Work closely with office managers and financial planners to provide high-quality service

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as an IFA Administrator
