We are seeking an experienced and skilled IFA Administrator to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners and Office Manager in delivering an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare valuation reports and performance documentation for client review appointments
- Assist in preparing review checklists for client appointments and obtain necessary provider information
- Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and ensure clients are informed of progress throughout the process
- Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, ensuring client authorization is received in accordance with MIFID II requirements
- Process and monitor switch instructions directly with providers or electronically via platforms
- Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients and provide post-review summary reports
- Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients and ensure authentication processes are followed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
