About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our team at IDEX CONSULTING LTD. As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Office Manager and Financial Planners in providing an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing New Business: You will be responsible for processing new business, including preparing valuation reports, performance documentation, and review checklists.
  • Supporting Financial Planners: You will assist our Financial Planners in obtaining provider information, running risk profiler results, and ensuring clients are advised of progress throughout the process.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for completing withdrawal instructions, ensuring client authorisation, and processing and monitoring switches directly with providers or electronically via platforms.
  • Reporting and Communication: You will prepare half-yearly valuation reports, provide post-review summary reports to clients, and ensure any instructions received are confirmed in writing by clients and authentication processes are followed.
Requirements

Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential for this role. You will be required to have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
