Responsibilities of the IT Support Specialist:

  • Addressing the technological needs of company executives and their associates
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Providing an on-call support service
  • Following established processes and procedures while implementing changes
  • Maintaining accurate asset inventory records

Qualifications Required:

  • Experience in VIP support
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders
  • Proficiency in software and hardware support
  • Knowledge of anti-virus and security protocols
