Job Description

**Job Title:** IT Support Specialist - Technical Expert

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at bet365. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our Company Directors and associated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively maintain, assess suitability and suggest improvements of all hardware and software.
  • Support the wider Business alongside 1st and 2nd line support teams.
  • Provide an on-site presence and travel to other locations as required.
  • Diagnose and find solutions for all hardware and software issues.
  • Support workplace issues and requests, including building, audio and visual management.
  • Provide an on-call service and escalate to 3rd line while retaining ownership of issues through to resolution.
  • Maintain asset inventory ensuring accuracy at all times.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience supporting a VIP or executive user base.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (2016 onwards).
  • Experience with hardware and software support on PC, Mac, iOS and Android devices.
  • Experience in the support and implementation of anti-virus and security products.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, video conferencing and remote access technologies.
