About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team at bet365. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise
    • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues
    • Provide expert-level support for Windows 10 and Microsoft Office (2016 onwards)
    • Experience with hardware and software support on PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices

    • Identify and escalate technology incidents and requests
    • Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Proactive Maintenance

Requirements
  • Technical Skills

    • Experience in the support and implementation of anti-virus and security products
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail
