Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable individual to join our team at Recoverable Solutions Ltd as a Finance Sales Executive. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to our continued growth and success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, as well as streamlining and building our existing sales department.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Developing and executing outbound sales strategies to identify new business opportunities
  2. Automating current processes and implementing key changes to scale our sales operations
  3. Meeting with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities and build relationships
  4. Assisting with client onboarding and liaison duties to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Handling inbound sales enquiries and follow-up activities to convert leads into sales
  6. Collaborating with the team to develop new initiatives and improve sales processes
  7. Possibility of future team leader or management roles within the company

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:

Essential:

  1. A positive and proactive attitude with a 'can-do' approach
  2. Competitive and growth-minded with a focus on driving business results
  3. Ambitious and able to adapt to changing business needs
  4. Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders via phone and in-person

Desirable:

  1. Full UK driving license for business travel
  2. Background in the financial industry with knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  3. Team leader or management experience, or sales experience in a similar industry

Job Type: Full-time - Work Location: In-person

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  1. Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
  2. Fridays: 9am – 4pm with a casual dress code
