Aerospace Business Development Manager

The Sales Manager will lead the small sales team and drive revenue growth for the business by setting sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the sales team to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development
Collaborate with the Commercial Director to develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Sales Performance Management
Set sales targets and ensure that the sales team achieves them by monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the executive team.
3. Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to ensure they have the skills and resources necessary to meet their targets.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Marketing, Recoveries, Finance, and other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with overall company objectives.
5. Market Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales processes.
6. Leadership and Guidance
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure they are motivated and engaged.
