Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our local team at Anglian Home Improvements, the UK's leading home improvement business. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, driving recruitment activity, and providing training and coaching to ensure the team meets sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of self-employed Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
- Recruitment and Training
- Drive recruitment activity to complement the existing team.
- Provide training and coaching to ensure the team meets company standards and policies.
- Sales Performance
- Ensure the team presents the approved finance presentation to every potential customer.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan and achieve sales targets.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Requirements
- Experience
- Successful proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager who has consistently exceeded targets in sales and marketing.
- Ideally, experience of recruiting self-employed Sales Professionals.
- Skills
- Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours.
- Committed to continuous personal development through internal resources and own initiatives.
- Education
- A driver with a full UK driving licence and your own car.

- Competitive salary £24,000 Basic with OTE between £50k - 100k.
