The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new business opportunities for Dr Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base and identifying new revenue streams. Your portfolio will include a diverse range of customers across online, high street, grocery, and international channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, including national and international retailers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with company NPD and sales drives.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date with market trends and network with key stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the beauty industry.A passion for ethical beauty and a strong understanding of the Dr Ltd brand.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.A driven and determined approach, with a willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.What We Offer
