Job Title: Asset Management Lead

Mytime Active is seeking an experienced Asset Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our senior facilities management team, you will be responsible for formulating and maintaining our Company Asset Management Plan (AMP) and leading the delivery of all capital investment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Company Asset Management Plan (AMP) to ensure effective management of our assets.
  • Lead the delivery of all capital investment projects, including the Investment Fund in Bromley.
  • Manage supplier agreements to ensure clear communication channels are in place.
  • Lead on energy conservation and environmental policies to reduce consumption and mitigate increases in costs.
  • Audit and assess the performance of technical staff against industry-wide recognised performance standards.
  • Line manage all personnel in the Asset Management Team.
  • Proactively manage the insurance claims process to mitigate against losses.
  • Establish clear procurement processes to ensure maximum commercial return.
  • Continuously improve operational delivery, quality of service, and products to consumers.
  • Initiate and drive a healthy capital investment programme, including build and refurbishment of facilities.
  • Support the development of corporate-wide Quality Management Systems and associated processes.
  • Take responsibility for health and safety and environmental management.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in driving high performance across a technical service to meet commercial and business targets.
  • Experience of mitigating against losses through a lessons learned approach to insurance claims.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-site / contract senior facilities management role.
