Established Agency Seeks Experienced Sales Leader

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our team and continue the success of our established agency. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing staff performance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and negotiate agreements.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Provide a professional and friendly customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Valuations and Listings: Conduct property valuations and listings, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  • Staff Performance: Manage staff performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high standards are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in property sales, valuations, and listings.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide a professional and friendly customer service experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and good general IT skills.
  • Driving License: Full clean UK driving license and car.
