We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing business from major customers via account management, customer visits, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major customers to increase revenue and drive business growth.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Attend major customer events to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and update contact databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management and business development within the construction and hire industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel throughout the UK.

  • A competitive basic salary of circa £45-£50k DOE.
