Exciting Opportunity for a Key Account Manager at Path Recruitment
About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Path Recruitment.
- As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our major customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
- You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, including regular visits and presentations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the construction or hire industry
- Strong business development and sales skills, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Valid driving license and ability to travel throughout the UK
