**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, regulations, and market developments to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Supporting the sales team in articulating value propositions and closing deals.
  • Providing regular reports on market trends, performance, and business development progress.
  • Managing outbound sales, generating leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Consulting with new customers to build relationships and identify business opportunities.
  • Negotiating contracts and driving new business to expand our client base.
  • Presenting updates to senior management on business development progress and market trends.
  • Liaising between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
  • Creating detailed business reporting to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Traveling nationwide as required to meet with clients, partners, and industry professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven track record in business development within relevant industries, with a strong understanding of market trends and regulations.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and market developments, with a strong understanding of the property surveying and consultancy sector.
  • Experience working with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a proven ability to articulate value propositions and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
