Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic financial guidance, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and strategic objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the board and management team, including management accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Financial Management: Oversee the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Financial Systems and Processes: Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications: Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial leadership role, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

- Competitive Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
