About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Selectamark Security Systems plc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward through the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as the chief brand ambassador for our two hero brands, SelectaDNA and BikeRegister, promoting our products and services to a wide range of audiences.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis, providing valuable insights to inform our marketing strategies.
  • Event Planning: Plan, set up, and attend exhibitions and conferences, showcasing our products and services to potential customers.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, and press releases.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and business development teams to design and execute lead generation campaigns, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support our business objectives, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters and/or Mini MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the security or technology sector.
  • Skills: Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas, strong project management skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
