At ersg Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a 360 Consultant. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in business development, sales, and recruitment, while working with a dynamic and award-winning international leader in staffing services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and retain new clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Utilize industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
- Work closely with the delivery team to source and place top talent with clients
- Manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and salary rates with clients
- Take ownership of a specialist market and grow a team of consultants
- Desirable experience in recruitment, sales, or business development
- Strong motivation to succeed and provide exceptional service to clients and candidates
- Money and progression motivated
- Tenacious and resilient, with the ability to work in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
