Job Summary:

James Frank Associates is seeking an experienced Outbound IT Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a leading business in the Technology sector, we are looking for a talented individual to work closely with our Account Managers to build and maintain relationships with new clients, while booking meetings for the Account Managers to increase revenue for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential new clients to establish relationships and identify sales opportunities.
  • Book meetings and appointments for Account Managers to facilitate business growth.
  • Research and identify new business leads for specific fields and vendors.
  • Attend industry events and webinars to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain a high level of industry and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Work in a target-driven environment, collaborating with the Sales Manager to report activity and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of making outbound calls and closing sales.
  • IT experience or technical knowledge is advantageous, although not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A driven and motivated individual who thrives in a sales environment.
