Role Overview
As a Guest Services Supervisor at Coworth Park, you will oversee the Guest Service Receptionists, ensuring that all necessary tasks are accomplished efficiently throughout your shift. Your leadership will facilitate seamless communication with various departments, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Your passion for hospitality will shine as you focus on delivering outstanding service to our guests:

  • Supervise and support Guest Service Receptionists, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring all tasks meet our high standards
  • Assist with the check-in and check-out processes
  • Oversee billing procedures, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date folios
  • Engage directly with VIP guests to ensure their needs are fully met
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any guest concerns
  • Conduct shift handovers in collaboration with the Guest Service Manager at the end of each shift
  • Support the Guest Service Managers as required
  • Identify training needs for Guest Service Coordinators and communicate these to management
  • Provide on-the-job training for all Guest Service Receptionists
  • Act as an ambassador for the hotel
  • Participate in any relevant training courses that may enhance your skills

Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering a 5-star service
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with Opera software
  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
