We are currently looking for an experienced Guest Relations Supervisor for a luxury 5-star hotel in Berkshire. As Guest relations supervisor you will oversee the guest experience for all hotel guests always ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in a similar setting in a hotel environment

  • Have organisation and time management skills to arrange your daily tasks
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Be available for a six-month fixed term contract
