Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Front of House Operations Manager to lead our hospitality team at Ginger Recruitment Services Limited. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House operation daily/nightly to provide seamless service delivery and ensure high standards are met consistently.
  • Anticipate guest needs intuitively and engage proactively with guests to enhance their experience through personalized service and creative gestures.
  • Oversee and coordinate the running of Front of House areas, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any guest complaints or queries effectively.
  • Maintain a strong lobby presence, especially during peak times, to greet and meet with guests, ensuring all VIP guests are recognized.
  • Responsible for the training and performance monitoring of the team, ensuring high standards are met consistently.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality degree with experience in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role, with strong operational knowledge of hotel management systems, preferably Opera.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player who can work collaboratively with various hotel departments.
  • Committed to living the company's values daily and acting as a brand ambassador.
