We are seeking a professional Guest Service Manager to lead our Front of House operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure. This role is ideal for a visionary leader who excels in service delivery and guest relations in a prestigious hospitality environment.

Guest Service Manager Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Hospitality degree with experience in a 5-star hotel environment
  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar role, with strong operational knowledge of hotel management systems, preferably Opera
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with guests effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and a team player who can work collaboratively with various hotel departments
  • Committed to living the company's values daily and acting as a brand ambassador

Guest Service Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front of House operation daily/nightly to provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Anticipate guest needs intuitively and ensure seamless service delivery at all times
  • Engage proactively with guests during their stay to enhance their experience through personalized service and creative gestures
  • Oversee and coordinate the running of Front of House areas, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any guest complaints or queries effectively
  • Maintain a strong lobby presence, especially during peak times, to greet and meet with guests, ensuring all VIP guests are recognized
  • Responsible for the training and performance monitoring of the team, ensuring high standards are met consistently
