Robert Walters Careers is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to enhance our payroll department. This position provides a unique opportunity to manage comprehensive payroll operations while ensuring strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

In the role of Payroll Coordinator, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing precise and punctual payroll execution. Your duties will encompass:

  • Overseeing the complete monthly payroll cycle from start to finish
  • Conducting thorough reviews of statutory calculations and making necessary adjustments
  • Implementing tax code modifications and generating absence/sickness reports
  • Calculating pension contributions and integrating these figures into the payroll system
  • Addressing payroll inquiries from team members, management, and external stakeholders
  • Filing monthly RTI FPS & EPS submissions to HMRC
  • Maintaining P11d documentation and ensuring annual submissions to HMRC

Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential in manually verifying calculations and modifying payments as required.
