Forthright Case Management LLC is a leading provider of construction consulting services with a strong presence in the North West and North East of England.
They offer a range of services including project management and cost management for clients in the public and private sectors.
The Ideal Candidate
- Education: A BSc or BSc Hons or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or another construction / built environment subject is required.
- Qualifications: A project management qualification is highly desirable.
- Experience: At least six years' minimum experience working as a Project Manager post graduation in the construction industry is necessary.
- Experience of working on a range of projects is required, including further education colleges, schools, universities, local authority and private sector projects.
- Ability to set up project management processes and produce formal reports and documents is essential.
- Contract administration experience, including engaging with clients and construction and design teams, is required.
- Line Management experience and the ability to motivate and mentor team members is necessary.
- Highly motivated individuals who are keen to grow the project management service within the company are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Salary will be very negotiable from around £50,000 to £70,000 per annum plus pension, fees and performance-related bonus.
