Forthright Case Management LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager or Associate Director Project Manager to join their team in a leadership role.

Our Client

Forthright Case Management LLC is a leading provider of construction consulting services with a strong presence in the North West and North East of England.

They offer a range of services including project management and cost management for clients in the public and private sectors.

The Ideal Candidate

  1. Education: A BSc or BSc Hons or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or another construction / built environment subject is required.
  2. Qualifications: A project management qualification is highly desirable.
  3. Experience: At least six years' minimum experience working as a Project Manager post graduation in the construction industry is necessary.
  4. Experience of working on a range of projects is required, including further education colleges, schools, universities, local authority and private sector projects.
  5. Ability to set up project management processes and produce formal reports and documents is essential.
  6. Contract administration experience, including engaging with clients and construction and design teams, is required.
  7. Line Management experience and the ability to motivate and mentor team members is necessary.
  8. Highly motivated individuals who are keen to grow the project management service within the company are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: Salary will be very negotiable from around £50,000 to £70,000 per annum plus pension, fees and performance-related bonus.
