About Our Service User

Our service user is an 8-year-old girl residing at home with her family in need of specialized overnight care to assist with her complex healthcare requirements.

She enjoys listening to music, exploring sensory lights, and participating in story time with her family and care team.

Throughout the night, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of her care and companionship, which includes being attentive to her needs, addressing her clinical care requirements as necessary, assisting with personal care, repositioning, regular monitoring, and providing comfort and reassurance to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Our service user has specifically requested female staff members for her care team.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 months of prior care experience
  • Medication Administration
  • Personal Care
  • Moving and Handling

Preferred Experience:

  • Awareness of Epilepsy
  • Seizure Management
  • PEG Feeding

Available Shifts:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Night Shifts
  • 10 PM – 8 AM
  • 2-3 Shifts Per Week

We are looking for candidates who can assist with alternate weekends.

Compensation Rates:

Weeknights: £15.00 per hour (£150 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Saturday: £15.50 per hour (£155 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Sunday: £15.50 per hour (£155 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holiday: £17.50 per hour (£175 approx. per 10-hour shift)

This role is personally rewarding, allowing you to enhance your clinical skills while providing exceptional care and support to our service user, making a meaningful impact on her daily life.
